The welfare organization wanted to understand the relevance of the intranet within its organization. In return we provided insightful research findings and designed prototype that significantly improves the intrinsic & extrinsic job fulfillment of employees by at least 20%.

At a basic level, you can apply colour themes and font sets to your site.
Can’t amend much of the Information Architecture
Classic sites support a greater variety of built-in lists and only some third-party add-ins only work on classic sites.
Modern Sharepoint
Each site is independent with consistent cross-site navigation and modern UI frameworks such as React.
However, you cannot, for example, apply custom fonts across the site or change the navigation style of your site.
