Coordinated with Hubble Connected product engineers & project manager, executed multiple user testings for their mobile-application & improved their current user interface design & guidelines. Managed to increase their click accuracy and findability by 20-35%.
Developed research and design strategy for Hawker Heroes and influenced a brand new business direction for them. Also, produced high fidelity wireframes that helped direct their new found strategy.
Collaborated with AirAsia’s internal design team, executing user research & providing design recommendations for their merchant portal. The findings have helped them re-iterate their product & order management pages.

Managed all strata and en bloc projects in Singapore and helped significantly reduce their average capex by 5-7% per project.
Collaborated with Japanese stakeholders and pioneered Hmlet's first project in Japan.
Partook in crafting new design standards based on community & real-estate team feedback which resulted in a better member experience through the changes in Interior Design approach.
